First of all Merry Christmas. As I am posting this it is Christmas Day. I hope everyone had a good one!
Alright now my thoughts.
Ianto of course being Ianto Jones has a lot of questions. For those who know,it drives him crazy if he doesn't know something.
(Kinda like Hermione Granger in that sense but a handsome Welshman.)
Enough said he wants to know. He needs to understand. Also he wants to be sure that he is immortal. Jack had told him on a few occasions that immortality was a curse. Now Ianto believes that it isn't. True he has yet to go through living so long and seeing people he loves die like Jack has. But for Ianto it means he can be Jack forever.
As he awakens he kisses Rose. Now for those who don't know. Other than Jack, there are no other men that Ianto has been attracted to. He's had one other lover and her name was Lisa.
For those who don't know here is a tid bit on Lisa and her history with both Torchwood and Doctor Who.
Lisa Hallett was an employee at Torchwood Tower in London at the time of the Battle of Canary Wharf in 2007. She was partially upgraded by the Cybermen and was hidden in the basement of Torchwood Three by Ianto Jones without anyone else knowing.
Biography
With Torchwood One
Like many other Torchwood staff, Lisa was taken to be upgraded into a Cyberman. However, the Cyber-conversion process was not completed, leaving her mostly human, but with numerous cybernetic implants. Her boyfriend and fellow Torchwood employee, Ianto Jones, helped her escape the ruins of Torchwood One and took her to Cardiff. (TV: Cyberwoman) He talked Jack Harkness into hiring him at Torchwood Three. (TV: Fragments) Taking advantage of Torchwood's cavernous Hub headquarters in Cardiff Bay, Jones found a remote room where he kept Lisa while he surreptitiously tried to restore her full humanity. (TV: Cyberwoman)
As a Cyberwoman
Dr. Tanizaki, a cybernetics expert, was brought in by Ianto to attempt to help remove the Cyber-implants. Unfortunately, his efforts instead caused the implants to become fully active, largely suppressing her original personality and causing her to embark on the Cybermen's mission to upgrade humanity. Hallett unwittingly killed Tanizaki while trying to Cyber-convert him, and then told Ianto that her desire was to become superior, just like the Cybermen. Ultimately, she escaped her chamber in the Hub and Jack and the others learned of her existence. She killed Annie Botchwell, a Jubilee Pizza delivery girl, and transplanted her brain into Annie's body in a last-ditch attempt at balancing humanity with Cyber-perfection. When it became clear that Lisa's original personality had been irreparably corrupted, she was killed by the other Torchwood Three personnel. (TV: Cyberwoman)
Okay so that's Lisa. Anyways Ianto loved her a great deal once. The he got with Jack and the rest is history.
Anyways he wants to know the secrets and the Doctors shock at the two hearts add to this. Ianto is human and wasn't born with two hearts but now has two.. why?
You'll have to wait and see but I hope it will all make sense when I write it out. Let's just say that it's time the Doctor wasn't the only Time Lord and that all the pressure wasn't placed on him.
It's my story I'm going to write it as such anyways.
Okay so here for those who also don't know is who the Master is, was..
The Master — originally called Koschei and known by many other temporary aliases — was a renegade Time Lord and the Doctor's arch-nemesis.
Although they were originally boyhood friends, (TV: The Time Monster, The End of Time, PROSE: The Dark Path) one of the Master's primary goals was to destroy the Doctor and Earth while acting on a number of schemes, both petty and gross. (TV: The Deadly Assassin, Castrovalva, Time-Flight, Doctor Who)
The Master was referred to as a "jackanapes" and an "unimaginative plodder" by the Third Doctor (TV: Terror of the Autons), the "quintessence of evil" by the Fourth Doctor (TV: The Deadly Assassin), "one of the most evil and corrupt beings [the] Time Lord race [had] ever produced" and that his "crimes [were] without number and [his] villainy without end" by High Council President Borusa (TV: The Five Doctors), "pure evil" by the Eighth Doctor (TV: Doctor Who), "stone-cold brilliant" by the Tenth Doctor (TV: Last of the Time Lords / The End of Time), and "the Time Lords' most infamous child" by Time Lord founder Rassilon. (TV: The End of Time)
It was eventually discovered that the Master's diabolical madness was partially the result of a genuine malady in the form of a never-ending drumming sound that had been retroactively implanted inside his head by the Time Lords on the last day of the Last Great Time War to further their own goals. (TV: The End of Time)

There are a lot of things there in the Masters history if you want to know more but he was not a stable person.
It's plausible that the Master could have had a child but it is also plausible that Earth also needs a Time Lord so, in that saying Ianto Jones has become the Time Lord for Earth.
So that's what I am going for anyways, though who knows maybe Ianto is Rose and Tenth's son hmmm? it can still go in either direction or a third direction. you'll have to wait and see won't you?
