Angel Island
Draco and Hermione's beach hut
One week later Island time.
Draco lay watching his wife asleep and smiled quietly to himself. He felt complete and happy and momentarily just felt like screaming out his happiness. But also he kept it to share with the beautiful woman in his arms. He presently watched her sleep and smile in her dreams.His lips a moment traced the delicate shell of her ear andhe allowed them to kiss along the back of her neck slowly. He was always amazed at the softness of her skin as to him it felt like the softest of silk.
Hermione stirred and turned to look up and over at him. she smiled and lay her head on his chest now and Draco's arms wrapped around her before he gently kissed her forehead. She was in heaven in this man's arms. Hermione just relaxed and then groaned as Draco went to get up. For a moment she lay there just watching him as he strode naked towards the bathroom.
"So do you like what you see?"
"No, I love who I see but the view is rather nice. You were right about me needing to look at splendid surroundings Dragon."
Draco just chuckled and he then walked back over and kissed her softly a moment before he replied.
"Let me use the loo and then I will gladly allow you to explore my terrain."
Draco said this in a suggestive manner and Hermione just nodded and found herself smiling huge ear to ear. Hermione sat up and for a moment placed a hand to her shoulder where she knew that it was still a little tender from the love bite he had given her not so long before and she for a moment just allowed her fingertips to trace the spot. So much had happened since their initial arrival to the Island and yet she knew they weren't any closer to knowing anything about it.
Draco had shown her the parchment and she had been surprised as she knew she had not gotten anywhere with it and Draco also said he did not translate anything on it. She wondered if it was possible that it had done that itself and logically she told herself no it wasn't possible. However the words rang true as she believed as she sat there in thought that True love never does die.
::True love never dies.. I guess it would be self explainatory at it's meaning but still it is a funny quote or sentence for a parchment.I wonder exactly what is on that paper. I wonder did we do something to trigger this? Was it because Draco had almost died and I almost lost him that the words had formed to give us hope? ::
These were Hermione's thoughts as she took the parchment and looked down at it. Draco reentered the room and saw her sitting up in bed,the blanket at her waist her naked breasts in plain view and reading the parchment. A part of him wanted to burn it but then he knew despite the fact they had both agreed of never leaving the Island,Hermione would be livid if he burned it. As he sat down next to her she lay her head o his chest and looked up at him a moment.
"If you want we can keep trying to discipher it I suppose if you wish."
As Draco told her this Hermione nodded and then put the parchment down and leaned in to kiss him. Draco wrapped his arms around her and they stayed like that a few minutes before Hermione wiggled as Draco began to tickle her.
"Haha Draco stop! I can't breathe!""Nice try love but you have to be able to breath to shout!"
" Please! Please!"
Draco rolled her so she lay under him and he kissed her. He nipped her lips with his teeth gently and groaned when she opened her mouth under his and her little tongue swept over his own. Soon they were kissing and again making love to eachother with passion and in the last moments both succumbed together crashing in their mutual release.
It was like this,the days since they had taken their vows to eachother. They awoke and made love and then Draco would go into the forest and Shadow would come and they would hunt together. Sometimes the others in the pack would join them and on those days the food was plentiful. Draco took only what was needed and helped the wolves feed themselves and their young.
Hermione spent the days cleaning the house and working on the garden and life was simple and pure for the couple. Sometimes Hermione would join Draco in a swim before lunch time and then they would make dinner together and walk on the beach hand and hand at sunset. At this point they barely unless they were leaving the hut,put on clothing.
At the moment both lay sated and in bliss as there came a howl and Draco got up and threw on a pair of shorts reluctantly leaving his warm and happpy mate in their bed. Hermione sat up and began to dress as she had decided today was the day she would try and grow more different kinds of vegetables. She had been keeping the seeds from the tomatoes and the tops of the carrots to plant.
Using a gardening spade she had rigged from a large spoon,she went out to the garden and began to cultivate the soil into a few neat rows. As she was doing this she hummed a song to herself she had heard as a child in one of her many dreams. For a time she worked and she did not notice how late it was getting until she looked up and there was Draco who just for the moment was relaxing as he stood and leaned on one of the nearby palm trees.
That sounds like a pretty melody.What is it love?" "I have no idea. I mean it's a song that once I heard as a child and dreampt about. I don't remember the words so I just hum it mostly. Is it that late that you've returned for lunch already dear?" "Yes, but let me help you with this.Then we can luncheon together and relax a bit? Also we should really do some real exploring as we're making this our home. I know the map shows other buildings here and I am pretty sure we can find them and maybe it will help give us a clue to where we are. "
Draco said these things grabbing the large spoon from her and he was now covering the seeds and helping her plant them.Together they worked and then went in to wash up and eat their lunch. Hermione smiled as she looked over at Draco who was sitting at the table having just set it for her as she was about to serve some of the rabbit he had caught them earlier. She knew it had to be inevitable and she dished them both some of it and sat down to eat.
Hermione ate slowly as she did she tried not to think of the small little bunnies she had played with as a child and she to her surprise liked the rabbit. She ate more and drank some of the water and then went and finished her fruit. Draco finished as well and he gathered the plates up and kissed her nose gently. Together they washed the dishes up. it was a very homey and domestic feeling for Hermione. Here she was eating dinner and doing chores with her husband and as they decided to take their nightly stroll on the beach she knew that she wished for no other man to share her life or to live anywhere else in the world.
" Oh Draco look! Dolphins! All swimming together just off shore!
As Hermione said this she pointed and sure enough there were dolphins swimming and playin and not so far from where they were standing. Hermione grinned and laughed as the creatures frolicked and Draco wrapped his arms around her waist and placed a kiss on the top of her head. A small baby Dolphin had surface not far from his parents and Draco for a moment just smiled quietly to himself.The Dolphins swam away after a while and it was growing dark. The winds blew around them as they walked back hand in hand towards their home.
Hermione felt a bit queasy and went to splash cold water on her face. As she did however she ended up vomitting in the make for use toilet and closed the lid over it.Draco had come in rubbing her back and holding her hair back and now rubbed her tummy as she relaxed a bit. "Baby are you feeling better? You should have told me you were feeling unwell!" " i'm fine I think it's just because maybe my stomach isn't used to animals going in it and that's all it is. Other than a little queasy I feel fine Draco really. I think I will take a few of the antacids in my bag and I'll be right as rain in a bit."
Hermione said this as she went to her handbag and pulled out a roll of antacids and took a few and Draco who had no idea what they were looked at her puzzled. Hermione just smiled and kissed him and explained that sometimes she suffered from indigestion and that they chewable pills helped a bit. He took one of the little pink tablets and made a face as it tasted horrible to him."That's nasty! Well almost as nasty as skelegrow but not quite.. But if it helps you feel better i guess it's okay."
As Draco said this her just stroked and played with her hair and kissed her ear and relaxed with her. They had found an old fishing net and Hermione had the idea to turn it into a swing of sorts and there they were now sitting in the front of their hut and on a hammock swinging gently in the tropical breeze as the last bit of the sunset made it's descent down over the waters edge and disapeared allowing the many stars to show across the night sky.
They both star gazed and fell asleep togther on the hammock. as they slept a shooting star shot across the sky in the vastness of space.Neither of them were awake however when the shooting star stopped mid flight and disapeared with a pop.Neither felt the presence of the man who came to check up on them or saw him stepout from an old blue call box and made his way over to the sleeping couple.
The Doctor nodded as he looked at the man and woman and then made his leave quietly as he did this however he left no footprints in the sand to show he had been there. Hermione stirred a moment and as she did she thought she had seen an old phone box flying in the sky. She laughed and went back to sleep believing it was all a dream.
. Aaaand did Mione suffer from indigestion or is there another reason for her to not feel good at the moment? Hmmm, i guess you won't tell until it's the time to reveal your ideas and secrets, huh?
Woudn't guess it. More more more as I want to know what you have planned with this Doctor.
